Tradeshift is able to accept a wide range of structured files which can be uploaded directly to the portal. You can also set up automatic EDI document transmission to send the files directly from your billing system. Certain validation rules will need to be respected in order for the invoices to be legally compliant and for us to be able to book the invoices in our systems. The validation rules have been designed by us, Accor & Accor Invest, and therefore are perfectly adapted to our business and that of our suppliers. They should not cause disruption to the invoicing process.
